This website exists since October 2002 via several versions :

- 1.0 : From October 2002 to April 2003

- 2.0 & 3.0 : Never been online

- 3.1 : From April 2003 to December 2004

- 4.0 : Set in January 2005 (=V3.1 + Flash)

- 4.1 : Current online version

To create it I mainly used the maximum of open source (or at least free) solutions and resources as possible :

- Linux : Yeaaah ! :o)

- Firefox : THE browser to use !

- PHP, Apache & MySQL : development with Easyphp (Windows) & XAMPP (Linux)

- DevPHP : PHP development environment on Windows

- Quanta Plus a Linux HTML editor

- BlueFish another good Linux HTML editor

- PhotoFiltre to work on graphics & pictures

- Inkscape for vectorial drawing

- Maps from University of Texas Library

- FileZilla (Windows/Linux) for FTP

- RoundCube & Squirrel Mail as webmails

- FFMpeg for converting any videos to FLV format

But also a cheap program :

- SwishMax for Flash animations and to play streaming videos
